1.爐襯使用抗鋁液滲透材料整體澆鑄，無地竭設(shè)計，使用年限大于五年。
2.配置平焰燃燒器，火焰不接觸鋁液，依靠熱輻射加熱鋁液，鋁液燒損低。
3.配置高效煙氣熱交換器，回收煙氣余熱，低碳環(huán)保，進(jìn)—步降低能耗。
4.鋁液溫度準(zhǔn)確控制，浮動范圍在±3℃以內(nèi)，雙重聯(lián)鎖溫控避免超溫，有效保護(hù)爐襯、提高鋁液品質(zhì)。
5.爐襯采用特種保溫材料，有效降低爐壁溫度，爐壁平均溫升25℃以下。
6.可選用天然氣、液化氣等多種燃?xì)庾鳛槟茉础?br />
