本設備可提高壓鑄車間的湯液輸送的效率和安全性，同時降低工人勞動強度、減少人力成本，提高生產(chǎn)效率，改善鋁湯品質。同時可使車間更加整齊美觀，實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的壓鑄車間管理。
軌道式自動配湯系統(tǒng)尤適用于高安全要求的鋅、鋁壓鑄車間。
本設備作為壓鑄車間自動配湯之用,主要由配湯主機、型鋼軌道、電控柜、控制線路等四部分組成。
當配湯機收到壓鑄機邊保溫爐料液不足信號時,依照先后順序從中央爐取熔湯配送至缺料機臺保溫爐。
熔湯配送完成后主機返回待機位置,等待下一次的配湯信號。
本設備每套可供應6-16臺壓鑄機保溫爐，全程自動化運行，工作效率高、工作穩(wěn)定故障率低，可有效降低生產(chǎn)成本，改善車間環(huán)境。

This equipment is used with automatic casting workshop, it is mainlycomposed of mainframe, steel rail, electric control cabinet, control cir-cuit. when it receives the die holder's heat preservation and the stockliquid insufficient signal,according to the order, from the central fur-nace takes the melt soup to deliver to the missing material machineheat preservation furnace.After the completion of the melt metal dis-tribution, the host will return to the standby position and wait for thenext soup signal.The equipment can supply 6-16 sets of die-castingmachine，insulation furnace,automatic operation,high efficiency,stable work, low failure rate lt can effectively reduce production costs,improve the workshop environment.
