本設備用于鋁合金產(chǎn)品初加工后的去應力和時效處理，可用于消除鋁合金零件內部的殘余應力，提高鋁合金產(chǎn)品的強度和硬度。本設備采用熱風加熱，熱處理件在爐內以連續(xù)運動方式進行傳輸和生產(chǎn)。

It can be used to eliminate the re-sidual stress in the aluminum alloy parts and improve the strength andhardness of the aluminum alloy products.The equipment is heated by hotair, and the heat treatment parts are transported and produced continu-ously in the furnace.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1.采用熱風主動循環(huán)方式，提高了傳熱效率及爐氣溫度的均勻性，爐內工件實體溫差精度可控制在±3℃以內;
2采用PID閉環(huán)控制方式，升溫均勻、控溫穩(wěn)定，節(jié)能效果好。
3.爐體采用絕熱夾層結構，中間襯入絕熱纖維，并在纖維層間加入鋁箔，用于降低熱能的輻射耗散，且顯著提高爐體氣密性，減少熱量損失。
4.本爐具可處理輪轂、氣缸、汽缸蓋、進氣歧管、泵體等各種鋁合金部件。
