鋁水轉(zhuǎn)運包預(yù)熱器主要用于鋁水轉(zhuǎn)運包加熱，避免冷的轉(zhuǎn)運包被熔融金屬急劇加熱而損壞，亦可防止冷的轉(zhuǎn)運包降低金屬熔液的溫度，防止金屬粘連，延長轉(zhuǎn)運包使用壽命。預(yù)熱器主要由主架、升降氣缸、吊架、加熱上蓋、燃燒機（電熱式為加熱管)、氣氛檢測針、電控箱等組成，控溫準確，加熱速度快。
