炬鼎GR系列電熱式紺竭爐采用柵型加熱帶，通過結(jié)構(gòu)固定于爐壁上，相比老式置于擱絲磚上的螺旋形加熱絲，有效輻射增加25%，更高效節(jié)能。
可換紺竭的形式大大簡化了更換鋁合金牌號(hào)的步驟。碳化硅石墨紺蝸強(qiáng)度高、耐侵蝕，對(duì)強(qiáng)烈侵蝕普通耐火澆注料的鋁合金牌號(hào)具有良好的耐受性，不易結(jié)瘤。

GR series electrothermal crucible furnace adopts grid type heatingbelt,which is fixed on the furnace wall by patent structure.Comparedwith the old spiral heating wire placed on the shelf brick,theeffective radiation increases by 250%，which is more efficient andenergy-saving.
The form of a replaceable crucible greatly simplifies the process of re-placing the aluminium alloy grades produced.Silicon carbide graph-ite crucible has high strength and corrosion resistance. It has good resis-tance to aluminum alloy which strongly corrodes common refractorycastable. It is not easy to knot.

電力調(diào)整:根據(jù)熔爐工作狀況自動(dòng)改變供電功率，節(jié)約電能的同時(shí)可有效延長電熱絲壽命。
保溫蓋子:取消回火煙囪后，為爐子增加了保溫蓋子，加速熔解，減少氧化，減少熱量散發(fā)，改善車間環(huán)境。
選裝配置
OPTIONAL CONFIGURATION
導(dǎo)料裝置:如主要使用回爐小料，可將蓋子替換成導(dǎo)料斗,方便加料。

自選紺竭:可由用戶指定紺蝸，定制爐體尺寸。
